PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE GEBESA ASCEND HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE DESK MOBILE APPLICATION
This Privacy Notice is an integral part of using the Ascend mobile application by Gebesa (hereinafter the “Application”).

(hereinafter the “Controller”), in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected from you, as the data subject. This Comprehensive Privacy Notice supplements any simplified or short privacy notices previously made available to you and informs you of the primary and secondary purposes for which your personal data will be processed.

PURPOSES FOR USING PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you provide through the Application will be used for the following purposes:
- Marketing, advertising, promotional, and public relations activities, as well as informing you about advertising campaigns related to Gebesa and its Ascend desk.
- Providing post-sale services regarding any purchased products.
- Fulfilling delivery obligations and any other obligations derived from purchases you have made.
- Improving the quality of the products and/or services offered by the Controller. We may contact you to conduct surveys or to provide user account credentials and password information related to wish lists or other preferences within the Application.
If the Controller intends to use your personal data for purposes other than those listed above, you will be provided with a new privacy notice detailing these new purposes.
The personal data we collect may include: name, company, address, city, state, telephone number(s) (landline or mobile), and email address. This information is requested when you create your account in the Application or request information and quotations.
The Controller does not collect sensitive personal data that may lead to discrimination or pose a serious risk if misused.
All personnel of Manufacturas Post Form S.A. de C.V. with access to your personal data will maintain strict confidentiality.
USE OF TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES (COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES)
The Application may use tracking technologies equivalent to “cookies” to enhance your user experience by:
- Recognizing your preferences and offering you a personalized experience.
- Identifying configuration settings to optimize content delivery.
- Measuring traffic parameters and usage patterns to improve content, promotions, and services.
- Avoiding repeated display of surveys or content previously completed or viewed.
Accepting the use of these technologies is voluntary. You may disable them through your device’s settings, but certain features of the Application may be limited as a result.
LIMITING THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your data, please submit a written request at the Controller’s address during business days (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) stating how you would like your data usage to be limited. The Controller will respond within twenty (20) days, and if accepted, the limitation will be implemented within fifteen (15) business days of your receiving the response. This procedure is free of charge.
WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT FOR THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You may revoke your consent at any time by submitting a written request at the Controller’s offices or by sending an email to contacto@gebesa.com. The Controller will cease using your data within a maximum period of twenty (20) days.
If your personal data were shared with a third party prior to your revocation, the Controller will inform that third party of the revocation so they can take appropriate action.
This process is free of charge.
ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION)
You may exercise your ARCO rights at any time. To do so, please submit a written request at the Controller’s address including the following:
a) Full name and physical or electronic address to receive the Controller’s response.
b) A clear description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your ARCO rights.
c) Documents proving your identity as the data subject.
d) Any other document or element that may help locate the personal data.
If the personal data in question were transferred to a third party, the Controller will inform the third party of your request so that they may take the appropriate action.
You also have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI) if you do not receive a response from the Controller or if the response is not satisfactory.
TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
The Controller only transfers information to web hosting companies with which it has a current legal relationship, for the purpose of maintaining, updating, and managing the Application.
By using the Application, you authorize the Controller to transfer your personal data to any domestic or foreign third party when necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Such third parties are bound by the same terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice.
If you wish to limit or revoke your consent to the transfer of your data, please submit a written request at the Controller’s address.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Controller implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data from damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
However, the Controller cannot guarantee the security of data made public, lost, altered, destroyed, or misused by third parties outside its direct or indirect control, or in the event of force majeure.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law, for the processing of sensitive personal data, the Controller must obtain your express written consent, either by autograph signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism established for this purpose.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
The Controller reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time in order to comply with legislative or jurisprudential updates, internal policies, new service or product offerings, or market practices.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Application and providing your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you should neither provide personal information nor use the Application’s services.
